Space Eclectic is a Bath-based studio working across antiques, modern artwork and decorative pieces.

The collection moves between antique and contemporary, British and European, chosen not by period alone but by presence: how a piece sits, what it contributes to a room, and whether it adds something or simply adds to the count.

Rather than sourcing by category, each work is considered as part of a larger whole. Some pieces anchor a room quietly; others carry the eye. All are chosen for their ability to sit within a composition and feel as though they belong.

The studio is shaped by three distinct perspectives. Gray brings a design-led eye for structure, colour and restraint. Jamie brings decades of experience in fine art and antiques, with deep knowledge, global sourcing and a practised sense of what holds value. Max brings clarity to image and presentation, ensuring the collection is communicated with precision and care.

Together, these perspectives keep the collection fluid. Antique and modern works sit alongside one another not to force contrast, but because the best rooms rarely belong to a single moment. The aim is always the same: spaces that feel settled, coherent and quietly assured.

Beyond the online collection, selected works are placed in situ around Bath, including the Francis Hotel and our Brock Street showroom. They can be lived with in context before being brought into your own space.

Space Eclectic also works privately with clients to source individual pieces, build collections and shape complete interiors. Whether a single work or an entire room, the approach remains the same.
